Exactly as you described, “it was, quite frankly, sensational.” I made this just now for our casual anniversary dinner and finished my second portion before my husband even came in from doing some chore outside haha! He loved it as well when he eventually got to it!

As an Austrian I have been gatekeeping pumpkin seed oil for so long; already have to take out a small mortgage to ship it over from Styria every time I run out 😅 I’ve not thought to use it in sweet dishes but this looks incredible! My Austrian family always use it as a salad dressing or to drizzle over dishes but I will try this soon 😋 x
