As an Austrian I have been gatekeeping pumpkin seed oil for so long; already have to take out a small mortgage to ship it over from Styria every time I run out 😅 I’ve not thought to use it in sweet dishes but this looks incredible! My Austrian family always use it as a salad dressing or to drizzle over dishes but I will try this soon 😋 x
