Good question- forgot to add that!
It makes 6 peppers- as they are quite heartily filled with rice and prawns, I'd say 1 1/2 is more than enough per person, so it would serve 4.
If you had a few other sides it could serve 6, one per person.

Not too far! We were near Acone/Montebonello. I miss it so much!
